For Leaders & Executives
Book coaching hours for your leadership team to facilitate organizational change at every level. Coaching hours are available at an ad hoc rate or as a package with our other offerings. We can use these coaching hours to:
Meet 1-on-1 to discuss strategic planning and ensure DEI is present across organizational culture
Sit in on board member or committee meetings to observe or facilitate and offer feedback
Shadow summits, symposiums, or other programming and provide actionable steps to increase DEI
Consult on custom projects or event planning
Staff Support and Incident Response
Our partnership requires a minimum engagement of three months and includes at least one coaching call per month. This helps us ensure that our collaboration has a lasting impact on your organization. Package rates are dependent on the length of the project and the number of hours requested.
